This interactive workshop demonstrates how we can identify and eliminate those barriers that keep our organization stuck in its old ways of operation. The workshop provides an introduction into how we can begin to leverage cultural influences at the community level. In two hours, this introductory workshop demonstrates how we can transform the way we conduct business with our colleagues and those we serve.
Participants experience how the unintended consequences of our decisions keep us fighting fires and remain stuck in co-dependent practices rather than truly benefiting those we serve. This workshop provides a clear model of an organization’s “business as usual; good business practice” activities and the behaviors that model drives. It goes directly to the source of the co-dependency we create and demonstrates how we can change that mindset to one of co-creation. This workshop is for all members of the helping community from Corporate Philanthropy officers to non-profit Boards to program specialists, to volunteers supporting and delivering services.
