The One-Day Workshop

Building on the introductory workshop, our day-long offering focuses on transformational leadership, moving our decision making from reaction to reflection. Exercises, applications, and practices are centered on leading transformative efforts and how to leverage cultural influences. Designed for directors of foundations, enterprises, social entrepreneurs, volunteer coordinators, and program leaders, as well as program managers and board members, this strategic workshop provides a tool set for building co-creative efforts.

This is not organizational leadership 101; indeed, it is about sparking a movement beyond organizational boundaries. We see leadership as intrinsic and inclusive -- occurring throughout an organization.  It is about the thinking and intuition we bring to decisions. What we sense and what we feel about those with whom we are interacting. It is therefore an aspect of every job description.
