The Two-Day Workshop

This compelling journey workshop helps organizations establish a clear course of action for sustainably shifting its culture and a comprehensive and focused map for accomplishing it. Strategically designed, this two-day workshop incorporates many of the elements of the introductory and one-day workshops, with specific tangible outcomes that include a clear strategic plan, agreed upon accountabilities and responsibilities for accomplishing it, a compelling story to communicate and engage others in the course direction and a team cohesion and motivation to make the plan real.

This workshop begins to focus on the leverage points for shifting the paradigm from serving an ever-expanding marketplace of need to a new possibility: intentionally reducing the “marketplace” through sustainable progress toward new possibilities and choices.
