Current Legacy XXI Offerings
In transforming the cycle of organizational co-dependency to one of co-creation with those serving and being served, the Legacy XXI Institute has created a series of modularized workshops to accommodate the needs of its constituent communities. These interactive courses are designed to empower practitioners, social entrepreneurs and others on both sides of the helping industry impact intransigent social challenges and cultures.
Each of our programs is a step on a continual pathway of learning that questions and challenges instituted practice. The experience gained from this co-created approach to learning will allow enculturators to effectively and sustainably address the social challenges they want to impact. It will also give them the capability and capacity to influence organizations, foundations, and the community which remains stuck in a co-dependent model. This lineage of enculturators will also inspire other enculturators, creating a network of powerful and effective social enterprises.
The Legacy XXI Institute workshops range in length from two hours to two-year long accreditation programs and, coupled with our online educational offerings, they represent a continuum of learning.
These workshops and intensives are designed to build awareness, demonstrate applicability, and provide practical tools for shifting intransigent social challenges and cultural behaviors within the communities in which we live and work. The workshops are part of our continuing education and credentialing program, an “everlasting process of becoming,” as Plato would describe it.

In addition to the specified programs described above, the Legacy XXI Institute will also offer a series of two and three day modular training and educational units that over a multi-year time frame will lead to an Enculturator Certification. These programs will be offered through a variety of existing Legacy XXI Institute Programs.
