STEPHEN A. JACOBS Founding Chairman and CEO Stephen A. Jacobs has over 35 years of professional experience in government affairs, issue management, communications and organizational consulting. For over twenty years, he has headed Jacobs & Company and JACOBS & COMPANY/ Public Affairs, two consulting companies headquartered in Los Angeles, with offices in New York, Paris and Washington, D.C.. His clients have included international and national corporations and non-profit institutions, the White House, Cabinet level agencies of the federal government and organizations in the U.S., Canada, Europe and the Middle East.

RON SCHULTZ Member of the Board, Executive Director Ron Schultz is a Founding Director of the Center for Social Profit Leadership – part of the Legacy XXI Institute. He was the founding executive director of Volunteers of America, Los Angeles’ Social Entrepreneur Incubator established to identify and support social entrepreneurs in the poorest of the poor communities in Los Angeles. In this capacity, Mr. Schultz developed the strategies and procedures for selection, support and identification of social entrepreneurs, which included the creation of a format for continuing education, ongoing consulting, and financial assistance.

JAMES C. SELMAN Founding Board Member James C. Selman Jr. is a recognized leader and authority in the field of organizational transformation and culture change. Beginning over 35 years ago, he was amongst the pioneers of organizational/management practitioners to identify the need for manifesting organizational change, identifying the leverage points for leaders and managers to generate change, and developing a technology for accelerating the pace of change.

ELEANOR MICHAEL Member, Broad of Trustees Eleanor Michael has varied experiences as a feature writer for print and radio, a guest speaker on religious and cultural issues, and an author completing a current book project. Additionally, she has international business experience and is fluent in French, German, Hebrew, and English.
